The art therapy studio

The painting takes place in a special painting studio in an atmosphere that is always the same. The studio is a protected space, lined with wooden walls that bear the traces of paint over time. In the middle of the painting studio is a long, thin wooden table with many colours and brushes. The painting is done by paint brush or bare hands. Each person paints on their own, standing, so that the body can flow with the stroke of the brush, so that your breathing is unimpeded and your own ideas and feelings can be perceived more easily.

About myself

“At the centre of my work with art therapy is the enabling of people towards constructive engagement with themselves in an atmosphere of appreciation and acceptance. I support people towards finding their own potential, developing a feel for their own resources, evolving solutions and broadening their own sphere of activity and decision-making in a playful and relaxed way. This occurs on the basis of a respectful, spiritual attitude towards life, thankful to be able to carry out such valuable and rewarding work.”
